Located across the train station, in the Alpes et Lac hotel's building, the restaurant La Terrasse welcomes you in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Since May 30, 2023, it has replaced the restaurant La Fugue d'Alpes et Lac.

In terms of cuisine, Chef Daniel Ventinhas and his team offer you traditional and seasonal dishes, prepared on-site with fresh ingredients, with the aim of placing the product at the center of the plate.

In addition to the specialties available all year round, such as the pan-fried perch fillets raised near the Vosges Mountains in a natural spring or the dry-aged Simmental beef rib steak, the menu evolves with the seasons.

During the warm season, our panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views of Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps.
